Carbon Monoxide Detectors

To all my neighbors and friends in Sail Harbour,

I don’t mean to scare you, but to only inform you. Due to the nature of us all living in attached town homes, a certain danger exists.

If someone were to inadvertently leave their vehicle or a generator running in or very near their garage, a significant carbon monoxide poisoning risk becomes present. As we all know, Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless gas that can only be detected with a carbon monoxide detector. Carbon monoxide can travel from one town home to another.  The effects of carbon monoxide leave the victim in a state where they do not realize they are in danger of serious injury and/or death until it is too late.

I have installed several carbon monoxide detectors in my house. To my knowledge, they were not installed in your house by the developer, but are readily available at any home improvement store. A little extra protection never hurts.
