To maintain a uniform appearance within the community as designed by the developer, please review the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Guidelines prior to submitting an Application For Modification.

The following Benjamin Moore Paint colors are the only approved colors for Sail Harbour.

Brown – Exterior Walls: 185-3B (5gal formula) OY 9x17, RD 30, GY 16X18

Beige – Exterior Walls: 185-2B (5gal formula) OY 9X 5.75, BK 25, OG 2X11

The following White colors are standard colors:

White – Exterior Trim: 185-01 (Standard White)

White – Exterior Doors: M22-08 (Standard White)

Please notice that the Brown and Beige formulas are for 5 gallon containers. When you go to your local Benjamin Moore Paint Store please inform them that these are 5 gallon formulas so they can make any adjustments necessary in the formula if you only need 1 gallon or less.

The screen door pictured below is the only Make and Model approved by the Association for installation on your front porch. The screen door may be installed directly in front of the front door or as part of a screen enclosure as pictured below.

Please note that screen door installations must receive approval from the Board of Directors prior to installation.
